Join our Customer Support team at NIQ and become part of a dynamic, essential customer support service in our office in Brussels.

Your Missions

  • Conduct analyses to ensure the best customer experience by addressing clients' questions about data and methodology. As a member of our team, you will assist clients through the NIQ-NSS online portal.

  • Play a key role in process improvement with our offshore teams.
  • Tackle challenges and implement innovative solutions by helping our clients adopt the Discover platform. You will gather and analyze client feedback to continuously improve our services. By providing documentation, articles, and user guides, you will enable clients to find answers to their questions at any time.
  • Ensure a positive client experience at every interaction. 

  • Conduct feasibility studies for ad hoc requests and oversee their execution with our offshore teams. Your role will also involve tailoring solutions to meet each client’s specific needs and helping them track and analyze their product performance using monitoring and reporting tools.

Your Skills

  • Education: Master’s degree from a business school, engineering school, or university.
  • FMCG sector knowledge.
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years (including internships) in market research, marketing, or category management, ideally with an FMCG manufacturer.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory, fluency in Dutch will be highly appreciated, French is a nice to have. Communication with teams and clients, including international ones.

  • Analytical skills.

  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Project management in cross-functional environments.
  • Agility to thrive in an innovative context.
