Customer Service and Sales Coordinator

•  coordinate with the sales team, other departments, suppliers to ensure customers’ requirements are met.

• To communicate with the sales team and key vendors regarding the latest development of the customers and to maintain updated customer profile information.

• To prepare a Proforma invoice for Customers, track the payment and inform the accounting Dept. to release the order to the customer.

• To be a single window for Order Management for Key customers/commercial team for Key Projects.

• To provide proactive information to customers on their order status - dispatch, delay intimation ,material availability etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing customer expectations and addressing customer queries.

• Provide end to end to support to customers for their orders and technical support

• Presence in all team meetings, conference calls etc. 

• Meeting deadlines - internal (reports, material ordering etc) . and external (responding to customer queries, addressing tech issues etc)

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Person should have relevant experience (2-4 years) in customer service and handling order processing.

• Shall have excellent communication skills (English) - Written and verbal communication

• Shall have excellent Interpersonal /analytical skills.

• Shall be self motivated, goal oriented and focused towards customer centricity.

• Planning & Time management

• Collaborate with other functions – Excellent team player
