As an employee in the first and 2nd level of our Customer Service International Italy, you will actively work on customer satisfaction by directly answering customer enquiries via various channels (e-mails, telephone, chat, social media). You will participate in the definition of processes and optimize existing procedures. You will work on more complex topics such as data protection and assistance for our customers. You are also jointly responsible for back office tasks and can organize yourself independently. You are the interface between our Italian customers and our internal divisions and departments.

You will process enquiries independently and respond to the requests of our Italian customers.
You will support customers with complex enquiries and make inbound and outbound calls in order to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and find solutions.
You are very familiar with our processes and support process optimisation and identify potential for improvement.
You make phone calls and reply to emails and messages in English
You document customer conversations in our systems
You work a 5-day week (Monday to Saturday)
You are flexible and work in shifts
