What’s the Role?
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of our customer experience. Working in our industry-renowned team, you'll deliver top-notch service, solve problems with creativity, and tackle challenges with a proactive mindset. With full support from your manager, you’ll be empowered to build strong relationships, handle queries, and ensure customer satisfaction every step of the way.
You will manage your own caseload of customers while working closely with our sales team to provide a seamless and professional service. Using your excellent communication skills, you’ll resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all.
