  • Full & Part-time roles available
  • Start date - 5th August 2024
  • All roles will begin with 12 weeks of classroom based training running from 9:00am - 5:30pm at our office in NG2.
  • After completion of training, your role will move to a hybrid working model with 2 days per week in the office.
  • Rotational shift pattern Monday - Saturday (8am/7:15pm).

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated Experian Consumer Service team where every day you will make a positive difference to the lives of our customers.

Using your strong communication and written skills you will guide customers through their Credit Report and Score queries. You’ll have the chance to impress every time by delivering excellent customer experience, and in return will receive ongoing development and career progression opportunities.

You will also

  • Support customers with queries through inbound telephone calls, emails or our live webchat facility
  • Complete an average of 25-30 customer calls per day
  • Provide a great and memorable customer experience
  • Understand regulatory requirements and remain compliant
  • Continue to develop skills
  • Experience & desire for delivering an outstanding customer experience
  • Experienced in working in a target-driven environment
  • A high level of resilience communicating with customers
  • A team player
