Customer Service Administrative (Portuguese)

Primary Job Functions

  • Respond to customer inquiries, providing information, and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle order entries, invoicing, and ensuring proper documentation is maintained for each transaction.
  • Update and maintain customer databases and records, ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Work closely with customer service coordinators, service, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in generating customer service reports
  • Address and escalate unresolved customer issues to the appropriate department or senior management.

About you

  • Bachelor’s or Associate‘s degree preferred, equivalent experience will be considered
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, proficiency in customer service software and databases.
  • English is required and Portuguese is a plus
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
