Primary Job Functions
- Respond to customer inquiries, providing information, and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle order entries, invoicing, and ensuring proper documentation is maintained for each transaction.
- Update and maintain customer databases and records, ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Work closely with customer service coordinators, service, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in generating customer service reports
- Address and escalate unresolved customer issues to the appropriate department or senior management.
About you
- Bachelor’s or Associate‘s degree preferred, equivalent experience will be considered
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, proficiency in customer service software and databases.
- English is required and Portuguese is a plus
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
