Customer Service/ Admin Support

Rentokil Initial has a great opportunity for an enthusiastic new team member to join our team based in Auckland on a Permanent full-time basis.

This role reports directly to the Customer Service Team Lead and will see you utilise your awesome Customer Service experience to build customer relationships, work with technicians on scheduling and make outgoing calls to customers to promote our products and services.

We do require the successful candidate to be based in Auckland as this role will be reporting to our office in Mt Wellington.

Core responsibilities in the role include:

  • Responsible for the satisfaction of our customers, responding to customer queries efficiently and effectively.
  • Proactively making outbound calls to our existing customers to promote our products and services
  • Provide a high level of customer service and act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • A high degree of attention to detail and accuracy while processing internal and external customer requests.
  • Ability to work to deadlines, KPIs and meet sales targets while working as a team and independently
  • Ability to multi-task and attend to ad-hoc jobs as and when they arise
  • Accurately vetting all documentation relevant to contracts received from the Sales team.
  • Maintaining our databases by ensuring customer records and details are up to date while ensuring compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience working in call center or internal sales environments (essential)
  • Demonstrated experience in customer/contracts administration would be desirable
  • Capable of working with multiple web-based databases and email programs.
  • Experience in Microsoft suite is desirable.
  • Proficient with communicating verbally and electronically
  • Able to work calmly under pressure while multitasking
  • Proven problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment to support fellow colleagues.
  • Accurately enter data into systems
