Customer Relationship Executive - FHA

We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Executive to engage and develop customer relationship with industry associations, VIPs and assist Hosted Buyers Programme for food portfolio.

The role will be responsible for engaging with key customers by building and preserving trusting relationships and constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new clients. You should also be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems to ensure maximum client satisfaction.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist coordination of the Hosted Buyers Programme & buyer engagement campaigns
  • Work closely with marketing team on promoting and delivering buyer engagement campaigns
  • Strong and proactive follow up with the selected VIPs and industry associations to ensure their attendance to our events
  • Build new leads and maintaining positive business relationships with key customers
  • Provide customers with timely update on the latest development of our events
  • Collate and maintain the customer database in a systematic way with accuracy
  • Understand and address industry trends and customer individual needs
  • Understand the business matching requirements of customers, explore and line up business matching opportunity
  • Assist coordination of delegation and buyers programme at physical events
  • At least 3 years of work experience in related field with a minimum of 1 years in customer relations
  • Degree or Diploma in Business or related discipline
  • Practical hands-on project management experience within B2B environment
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work both independently and collaborative environment
  • Strong attention to details and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • A self-motivated and innovative person who will input for creative and effective campaigns to engage buyers
  • Excellent command in written and verbal English and Chinese (Mandarin)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in all Microsoft applications
  • Candidate who are strong in Communications, Client management from different industry will be considered too
  • Cooperative, flexible and initiative
  • Team player
  • Capable to work under pressure in tight deadline
