Customer Quality Engineer

Košice, Slovakia
Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct communication with customers, analysis of components at the customer's site
  • Handling customer complaints (8D, PDCA-FTA)
  • Completing customer portals
  • Resolving warranty claims and negotiating technical factors
  • Creating action plans to improve scorecards and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Experience as a CQE (Customer Quality Engineer)
  • English language, German/French is an advantage
  • Knowledge of CSR for VW, Stellantis, JLR, RSA
  • Proficiency in quality tools: 8D, PDCA-FTA, PPAP, 5Why, Ishikawa
  • Independence
