Customer Project Manager - EMEA*

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing of Projects in Metal and Waste Recycling according to applicable procedures.
    • Reviewing sales inputs and contract details
    • Internal project coordination (PSR) by using relevant software (ERP-System, etc.)
    • Interface clearance with internal and external customers
    • Achievement of customer acceptance
    • Monitor including payments
  • Distribute project closure reports and post-calculation of costs.
  • Establishing and maintaining reliable relationships with our customers to solve problems.
  • Providing technical consultancy for customers and sales on complex plant designs.
  • Supporting the sales team.
  • Ensuring successful project execution including project costs and timing to the satisfaction of our customers.
  • Driving continuous process improvements within the area of responsibility.

We are looking for someone with the following profile:

  • Technical education and knowledge are essential.
  • Fluent proficiency in French and English is essential.
  • Residing in France close to an airport or in Germany close to Koblenz.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 60%, sometimes abroad.
  • Self-motivation and proven capacity to fully complete tasks.
  • Excellent level of coordination and organization skills.
  • Strong IT and network skills.
  • Business experience in a support function.
  • Ability to read drawings.
  • Good communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Very good problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to relate to local customers, their views, and issues (preferably experience in the local culture).
