With us, you will work closely with experienced sales teams and leverage your expertise across diverse product lines.

Key Responsibilities

As the Customer Product Development Generalist, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our product offerings. You are expected to lead with enthusiasm and precision, running the entire development cycle. The Customer Product Development Generalist will leverage your expertise in heat transfer, woven, printed fabric, and paper product lines by bringing insights, solutions, and options to the sales team and the client

  • Lead the definition of new program requirements in partnership with commercial sales teams.
  • Coordinate across multiple accounts and product lines, ensuring consistency and innovation in development.
  • Provide product expertise specifically in areas such as heat transfer, woven, and printed fabric.
  • Bring insightful solutions and options to both the sales team and clients, enhancing customer experiences.
  • Effectively project manage product development process from client briefing to artwork development, costing/pricing, sampling, and final approval
  • Prepare global price proposals using established tools and guidelines and escalate price approval in competitive situations.

This role demands a skill set that include both technical experience and market intelligence. You must show your strong skills in carrying out market research, creating outstanding customer experiences, and crafting effective communication plans. Your skills will directly influence the success of our product designs and management.

  • Technical knowledge of printing, weaving, heat transfer, variable data, and manufacturing strongly preferred
  • Skillfully design and enhance customer experiences.
  • Experience in new product development
  • Knowledge of the retail, apparel or label industries
  • Willing to travel to client sites within the UK, with some occasional travel outside the UK
  • Plan and execute comprehensive product management strategies.
