As a Customer Operations Specialist (Level 3), you will maintain exemplary performance in your primary job function while contributing to the other areas of the team. You are willing to be in the leadership pipeline as you value the continued growth and success of the company. What you'll do:

  • Support the operational needs and challenges of our stakeholders and customers.
  • Respond to queries and concerns from customers and stakeholders in a timely fashion through email or internal tools.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Handle escalations and complex customer issues
  • Maintain broad knowledge about customer procedures.
  • Ensure integrity and consistency in business workflow.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
  • Finding ways to improve processes and procedures to help the business and team
  • Involved in learning our product from a functional perspective and then helping our customers with their questions and addressing their problems and concerns.
  • Allocate tasks and cases according to their priority level.
  • Adherence to the Team’s Internal Workflows
  • Deep dive on flagged issues
  • Serves as the subsequent level of leadership if the Sr. Team Leader, Team Leader, and or Sr. Specialist is unavailable.
