What you will do

Reporting to EMEA Operations Lead, you will:

  • Contribute to the scalability and efficiency of our processes, working with senior management to prioritise customers’ needs based on business impact and ROI.
  • Drive projects from beginning to end that shape the future of operations.
  • Drive analysis of large quantities of data to make informed decisions. Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores, to identify areas for improvement.
  • Build relationships with all relevant stakeholders across R&D and Commercial teams, acting as project manager with them for the implementation of our products.
  • Manage and coach a team of multiple members to achieve ambitious weekly and monthly targets. Support with hiring, training and performance management.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on customer support performance and initiatives.

What you need to be successful

  • BA / BS from a top university
  • Minimum of 3 years of operations experience in high growth tech startup/company, BPO or consulting
  • Proven track record of driving operational efficiencies through process transformation
  • Exceptional project management skills with self-starting mentality
  • Results-oriented & delivery-focused personality
  • Excellent analytic & Excel skills
  • Experience of managing a team / comfortable leading a team
  • Fluent in English, speaking and writing
  • Fluent in a third European language desirable (eg. French, Italian, Polish)
  • Previous experience in enterprise SaaS business and interest in AI systems desirable
