About the Role:
As the Customer Marketing Manager you will report into the VP of Global Demand Gen and be responsible for creating and executing cross-sell and expansion programs that create qualified pipeline for our Sales Team members.
This role requires a deep understanding of customer behaviors and preferences to create precision-targeted marketing campaigns that fuel growth and elevate the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure alignment of messaging and branding, playing a pivotal role in driving customer-centric success and shaping our marketing narrative.
The Customer Marketing Manager will develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns aimed at expanding our footprint within existing customer accounts. This role requires a strategic, data-driven marketer with experience in B2B SaaS, who can create highly personalized campaigns that drive engagement and revenue within our customer accounts.

The current base salary range for this specific job is estimated to be between $130,000 - $140,000. Please note that final compensation will be determined based on factors such as qualifications, experience, and internal equity. Certain positions at Digital.ai might also be eligible for additional compensation in the form of bonuses or other employee benefits which are separate from the base salary and to be defined at offer stage.
