Customer Logistics

  • Customer Order Management 
  • Create and manage sales documents including single orders and scheduling agreements. 
  • Creation and monitoring of outbound deliveries. 
  • Communicate with internal and external groups, especially on high priority loads and customers. 
  • Maintain Customer Portals. 
  • Manage procedures, guidelines as well as Customer Specific Requirements. 
  • Prepare and analyze inventory and CDP reports.
  • Monitor the delivery performance of each Customer. 
  • APO Planning. 
  • Support EOP and PCN processes. 

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering or Logistics. 
  • English spoken and written (B2)
  • Three years of professional experience required
  • Inventory Management, SAP and Data Analytics (Excel, Power BI)
  • Experience with Ford, BMW and Honda.
