- Customer Order Management
- Create and manage sales documents including single orders and scheduling agreements.
- Creation and monitoring of outbound deliveries.
- Communicate with internal and external groups, especially on high priority loads and customers.
- Maintain Customer Portals.
- Manage procedures, guidelines as well as Customer Specific Requirements.
- Prepare and analyze inventory and CDP reports.
- Monitor the delivery performance of each Customer.
- APO Planning.
- Support EOP and PCN processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering or Logistics.
- English spoken and written (B2)
- Three years of professional experience required
- Inventory Management, SAP and Data Analytics (Excel, Power BI)
- Experience with Ford, BMW and Honda.
