The Purpose:
As a Customer Funds Reconciliation Analyst I at PPRO, you will be part of the Customer Funds Reconciliation Latam team, supporting the Cost of Sales calculation process and managing the invoices of our suppliers. Your mission is to provide financial data which enables PPRO strategy, by ensuring accuracy in our financial results.
What you will be doing:

- Receive monthly invoices from our providers, validate it, get the necessary approvals, release for payment, and keep archive and controls up to date.
- Keep costs of sales premises updated, calculate costs for each unit, and inform the accounting and business team, for monthly consolidation.
- Generate detailed reports for month end closure, to support the involved areas in a proper timeline.
- Support audit requests, providing reports and documents within the agreed SLA.
- Provide necessary actions to keep the KPIs at the best expected level, and Keep financial controls updated and in compliance with the rules and regulations.
- Review processes, identify automation opportunities and assist in project implementation.

- Work closely with partners to understand cost needs and develop effective improvement plans.

- Google Suite (gmail, drive, docs, sheets, slides, hangouts)
- MS Office (advanced Excel, PowerQuery)
- Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, SQL, Python, BigQuery, Tableau)
You’ll need to have:
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or proven experience in the Financial area
- Advanced English (ability to participate in interviews and meetings in this language is essential and used in daily work).
- Ease of handling different systems.
- Analytical and investigative skills.
- Ability to work within fixed and short timeframes, especially in month end closure
