The Customer Flight Support department (CFS) is responsible for the planning and the coordination of the Company’s flights worldwide. You will work in close connection with internal operational and non-operational departments as well as external suppliers to coordinate all necessary framework in order to deliver an optimal service to our clients.
Communicate and coordinate flights with customers and Company’s departments
Liaise with different suppliers for any additional services linked to flights such as limousine, helicopter or other services
Develop and make decisions of short-term alternatives according to frameworks and company’s procedures
Evaluate and anticipate the economical and operational aspects
Monitor all relevant processes
Work in shifts (including weekends and nights)
Service and customer oriented, preferably with previous experience in the Luxury industry from a customer service perspective
Solution-oriented, you are able to prioritize and work in a team
Excellent ability to manage delicate situations with diplomacy and empathy
Very good communication skills
Able to cope with heavy workload
Previous experience in aviation (business aviation would be advantageous)
Excellent English skills both written and spoken. French is an asset as well as other languages.
Good IT skills (MS Office, web and relational database systems)
You are Swiss, EU national or under the benefit of a Swiss residence permit
