When you join us, you’ll have a two-week induction in Milton Keynes where you’ll receive all the training you need to be successful.
In addition, you may be required to top up some of your telecoms accreditations and attend specialist training with our external training providers. All training costs and hotel accommodation are covered by CityFibre.

Joining us at an exciting time, you will complete installations, connect customers to full fibre network, resolving any issues and use your great customer-facing skills to ensure a best-in-class customer experience, every time.

What you’ll bring to the role
We’re looking for Engineers who have extensive experience and knowledge of fibre and a commitment to continuous improvement. You must be confident working at heights such as ladders and climbing poles. In addition to having a valid UK driving license, with no more than 6 penalty points, you must have these qualifications:
