What Does the Job Involve?
As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the implementation process, from the point of sale to being fully integrated with their destination product and service suite. You will also assist existing customers to implement new products. You will proactively contact customers, understand their needs and challenges, troubleshoot issues, ensure compliance, and deliver solutions that meet their expectations. You will also identify and execute on opportunities for upsell and cross-sell, working with sales to maximise revenue on new accounts.
