ELEKS Product Design Office is looking for a Customer Experience Expert in Croatia or Poland.
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of experience in Product Design
Strong knowledge of Figma and prototyping tools
Experience with user research methods and usability testing
Deep understanding of the Design Thinking approach and mindset
Experience with agile development processes and cross-functional collaboration
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of or previous experience in the science domain, laboratory procedures, and equipment would be beneficial
Advanced level of English
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests to identify pain points and opportunities
Develop and map customer journeys, service blueprints, and workflows to enhance engagement
Lead, guide, and monitor design processes and approaches for solving the problem, and leading others toward that solution in cross-functional meetings
Drive product design phases and discovery processes, facilitating research, workshops, and concept validation
Validate designs through A/B testing, usability testing, and continuous feedback loops
Define user flows, wireframes, and prototypes based on research and best practices
Work with design systems, tokens and create high-fidelity mockups that align with brand guidelines
Ensure designs meet WCAG and other accessibility standards
Review development design and collaborate with team to ensure consistency
Advocate for UX best practices, and work closely with cross-functional teams
