REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proven experience across design phases, from pre-sales to post-MVP delivery
- Strong grasp of design principles
- Hands-on experience with Design Thinking and advocacy for a human-centered approach
- Proficient in design and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research, usability testing, and quantitative methods; strong HCI understanding
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle with a product-focused mindset
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bonus: Knowledge of Service Design principles and methodologies
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct user interviews, field studies, and usability tests to gather insights
- Lead design processes in cross-functional meetings to drive impactful solutions
- Coordinate training sessions and facilitate engaging workshops
- Identify new business opportunities and manage client expansion
- Promote and support Design Thinking education and training programs
- Present UX deliverables to internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Conduct various user research sessions, including in-home and user testing, to derive actionable insights
- Design content structures, navigation systems, and improve information accessibility
- Develop intuitive software interface designs to enhance user interactions and flow
