We're seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of a Customer Delivery Manager (CDM) to join our SDM & SC-OPM Skills team. In this role, you will take full accountability for end-to-end management of all customer-related security services, ensuring impeccable standards in time management, quality assurance, and cost-effectiveness.
Focus Area: Your primary focus will encompass all security-related services, demanding a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end management of customer-related security services, maintaining strict adherence to timelines, quality benchmarks, and budget constraints.
- Collaborate closely with Delivery teams to devise operational plans and strategic concepts, with a focus on efficiency enhancement.
- Effectively manage escalations, overseeing quality monitoring within the security domain.
- Foster regular communication channels with delivery teams, suppliers, and customers, emphasizing technical proficiency.
- Spearhead technical management and coordination of interdisciplinary project teams, spanning international boundaries.
- Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including top management, to drive strategic initiatives.
- Develop global cooperation strategies, particularly in key security areas such as Qualys, SIEM, Vulnerability assessment, Security Incident Management, Penetration Testing, and Audit/KRITIS.
- Drive initiatives beyond cloud services, ensuring holistic customer engagement across all units, partners, and stakeholders.
- Contribute to Project "Olymp" and ensure seamless handover to production, leveraging established processes and qualifications.
- Proficiency in German and English.
- Demonstrated experience in operational planning and contract fulfillment within the security domain.
- Expertise in efficiency improvement strategies and collaboration with delivery teams.
- Strong understanding of security topics, including Qualys, SIEM, Vulnerability management, Penetration Testing, and Audit/KRITIS.
- Exceptional communication skills, both technical and professional.
- Proven ability to navigate complex situations, solve problems, and make informed decisions.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Willingness to adapt, learn, and explore new areas within the IT security landscape.
- Proactive networking abilities and a commitment to continuous improvement.
