We are looking for a Senior Channel and Customer Commercial Support, Specialist (Iberia) who will manage the following activities:
- Administrative support (including invoicing) to Preserflo Business in Spain and Portugal
- Manage relationships with customers in the pharma/medical device / similar business such as wholesalers/ distributors/ hospital/ pharmacies and other related stakeholders to ensure the O2C process completeness and sales maximization.
- Manage local administrative needs ensuring that all movements are monitored: Orders, Backorders, Invoicing, Inventory Reconciliation, Good Receipts, Blocked orders for invoicing and EDI management
- Customer credit collection & AR management
- Drive cash control and invoicing process experience.
KEY ACTIVITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Deep knowledge of O2C process
- Knowledge and practical use of the following SAP modules: EDI (navigation/error resolution experience), FI, SD, MM, O2C
- Excel high level
- Account receivable accounting knowledge
- Continuous in-market demands analysis and control
- University Degree
- English proficiency
- At least 5 years of experience in customers operations.
- Has a deepened knowledge of the drug supply chain and of the reference
- environment (e.g. pharmaceutical regulatory framework, values and volumes of the pharmaceutical market and the relative trend, profitability, knowledge of the main market player, etc.)
- Experience in pharmaceutical company
- Experience in dealing with Hospitals
