We are looking for a full time Customer Communications Expert DE for our growing Customer Communications Team EU in Lisbon. If you speak German on a native or fluent level and you are passionate about customer communication, then we look forward to your application.
Responsibilities:
- You are the main person of contact for our German speaking customers.
- You will be part of a global customer communication team.
- You answer requests via phone, email, chat and social media and initiate outbound calls to engage our loyal customers.
- You help to build-up our proactive customer care environment in Lisbon.
Requirements
- You are passionate about food.
- You are a strong communicator.
- You speak German at a native or fluent level.
- You have business proficiency in English.
- You have a Portuguese NIF.
- You are able to work rotating shifts, including weekends (5 work days per week, 2 days off).
- You have a strong drive to help customers and to make them happy.
- You have good writing skills.
- You are hands-on and have attention to detail.
- You have a strong desire to learn and are not afraid to instantly apply new knowledge.
