We're currently looking for a full time Dutch-speaking Customer Communications Expert for our growing Customer Communications Team. Our office is in the heart of Lisbon but working from home is a possibility.

Responsibilities:
- You are the main person of contact for our Dutch speaking customers.
- You answer requests via phone, email, chat and social media.
- You help to build-up our proactive customer care environment.
- You take over your own projects and are responsible for planning, execution and reporting.
