SoftOne is looking for an Customer Care Specialist to join our high caliber team.

Your contribution to the success of the team

  • Outgoing communication of inquiries to the company's existing clientele, via telephone, email, social media or chat applications
  • Εvaluating after-sales and support services and facilitating improvements
  • Identifying customer needs and taking proactive steps to maintain positive experiences
  • Analyzing customer feedback on company’s products
  • Documenting processes and logging technical issues, as well as customer compliments and complaints

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years' experience as a customer care agent, or a similar customer support role
  • Proficiency in MS Office, as well as CRM software
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Very good organizational and multi-tasking skills
