Responsibilities and Main Tasks
Customer Care
The job holder will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers according to defined processes, replying to e-mails and phone requests within defined Service Level Agreements.
He/she will also be responsible updating the company's customer database ensuring correct data input.
Subtasks:
· Procedure respect
· Administrative follow up for professional customers
· Answer to private and professional users by email
· Verification of the private ad insertion and exchange of emails
· Verification of the quality of the private ads
· Verification of the quality of the professional ads
· Answering phone calls from customer with administrative and technical problem + encoding into the CRM system and confirmation to customer in “back office”.
Required Education, Knowledge and Experience
Required Education:
· No education requirement
Required Knowledge:
· Very good knowledge of the French language an Dutch Language
· Able to communicate professionally with the customers
· Customer minded
· Good knowledge of PC software’s
· Knowledge of IT
Required Experience:
· Interest of the Internet world
