Customer Care/Call Center Agent

Syarah is on a mission to change how people buy their cars in Saudi and the Middle East. We offer buyers an end-to-end digital car buying experience where they can buy their next car from the comfort of their living rooms. Under the hood, we build systems to manage sourcing of cars, inspection, photography, merchandising, reconditioning, financing, insurance, shipping and many more. Our goal is to turn car buying into an experience of delight, comfort and peace of mind.

Responsibilities

  • Responding to incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collecting and recording customer feedback and insights, as well as maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Building strong relationships with customers and working to ensure their overall satisfaction with our services
  • Adhering to established company policies and procedures, and contributing to the development of new policies as needed
  • Staying up to date on industry knowledge and trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations to customers

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive or related industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Solid organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Competency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
