Customer Care Attendant

JOB TITLE: Customer Care attendant

Hours: 40 hours per Week, 10am-7pm 5 days over 7 days

Hourly Rate £11.44 per hour

LOCATION St Enoch Shopping Centre

REPORTING TO: Site Senior Operatives

OVERVIEW OF JOB DESCRIPTION

Ensure that a high level of cleanliness is maintained in the main shopping centre customer toilets this includes the baby change facilities within the centre.  

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Ensure that areas are cleaned to the highest standards at all times, maintain Health and Safety standards at all times, ensure equipment is used, cleaned, maintained and stored correctly, deal with any customer requests promptly and courteously. Ensuring consumables are replenished in a timely manner.

Person Specification:

Essential

• Flexibility
• Good attention to detail,
• Ability to work within a team as well as independently
• Reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work,
• Good communication skills,
• Previous cleaning experience is preferred).
• Awareness of importance on Health & Safety Policies & procedures.
