Customer Application Support Associate

What you’ll be doing: 
  • Work closely with the Infrastructure Architect to ensure that the system architecture is monitored correctly and supports current user and customer load
  • Assist in all support-related standard operating procedures
  • Assist in the support of the product release deployments
  • Assist the Customer Engagement team with their clinical trial study requests
  • Directly engage with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist with development/infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and diagnose data-related issues

What we are searching for: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering or related discipline, or equivalent combined education and experience
  • 7+ years of experience in information technology with at least 5 years focused in a clinical field
  • Experience with large-scale software implementations
  • Experience with the clinical trial industry and processes 
  • Experience with Help-desk systems
  • Experience with software testing, development, architecture, and infrastructure preferred
