THE OPPORTUNITY
CONTEXT:
You will be part of the RUN Team (L3 Technical Support) which operates internationally across EMEA, AMER, and APAC, and is composed of about fifty experts in Pune, whose mission is to maintain customer applications, successfully deliver updates, and upgrades to customers, proactively monitor production environments and take actions to improve the overall user experience and the business value provided to our customers. The team is still growing in order to guarantee the satisfaction of a growing number of customers.
ROLE:
Here at Ivalua, we are currently looking for a Customer Application Specialist for our RUN team . You will be reporting to the Manager, Run. You will be part of the RUN (L3 Technical Support) team and you should be able manage internal as well as client communication.You will be trained and certified on our Buyer application (SaaS Source-to-Pay software package).
