Our client is a leading Saas startup in the messaging space, offering a solution that integrates with various messaging platforms enabling clients to have service their customers effeciently with better responses, automation and work flow.
They are seeking a CTO who can help lead their sizable tech teams as they grow.
What you will do:
- Report directly to the Founder and lead the technical aspects of the company’s strategy
- Oversee the company’s IT function including application development, data engineering, analytics, architecture and infrastructure, network and system security
- Set the technical vision and strategy to ensure that the company’s technology development roadmap and system architecture is in line with business goals
- Build, lead and inspire a team of backend, frontend and mobile engineers
- Formulate IT strategies and policies to ensure IT operations and compliance
- Work closely alongside Product Team to manage product roadmap, launch new products and markets, project cycle including project design, deployment, user acceptance test, implementation and system maintenance
- Maintain a high level of quality in a fast paced environment
