• Perform on-site supplier visits for supporting root cause analysis and verification of corrective actions of supplier quality issues;
• Review supplier manufacturing processes, collaborate with suppliers on process improvement and value enhancement opportunities;
• Promote the use of customer preferred techniques for continuous improvement such as Lean, Six-Sigma, Poka-Yoke (Error Proofing), Measurement System Analysis and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis);
• Manage the Supplier Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) / Suppliers Quality audits;
• Supplier PPAP approval (new parts, tooling review, etc.);
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management System / IATF 16949;
• Monitoring supplier problems in production and taking the necessary actions in case of non-conformities / Perform improvement programs;
• Focal point on Internal Fast Response Meetings supporting all relative areas;
• Define critical analysis for incoming inspection;
• Focal point of communication between the plant and headquarter/Americas region;
• Quality Cost Management recovery;
• Degree on Quality, Engineering or related areas;
• Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, SPS, MSA, FMEA);
