This is an hourly position that requires working 40+ hours per week. Routine office hours are Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm with the potential for some occasional over-time outside of this timeframe if required.

Upon written request from me, Vortex, will provide me with additional information concerning the nature and scope of any such report requested by it, as required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
I further understand that my employment with Salina Vortex will have a sixty (60) days benefit waiting period, and further that at any time during the waiting period or thereafter, my employment relation with Salina Vortex is terminable at will for any reason by either party.
