Energy Strategy team (within the wider Energy team) drives the development of the medium and long term commercial strategy for OVO’s Energy business. Ovo is part of an ambitious ESO funded project called Crowdflex to help accelerate commercialisation of domestic demand flexibility at scale. Enabling households to be more flexible with their energy usage will play a crucial role in the decarbonisation of the energy system, and a key enabler of everyone’s pathway to a zero carbon living.
We have a 14-month secondment opportunity starting in November 2024. You’ll be part of the Crowdflex delivery team responsible for supporting the project with flex model development, proposition business case analysis, consumption analysis and reporting. You will have an opportunity to work with a wide range of partners such as ZCL, Portfolio Analytics, Commercial Propositions, Energy modeling and Energy tech teams. OVO has a history of challenging the status quo, and we are bringing this entrepreneurial spirit to the decarbonisation challenge to find cheaper, simpler ways to put consumers at the heart of the energy transition. This is a really exciting, emerging area of the energy sector and OVO is at the leading edge of this revolution.

We’ll pay you between £45,760 and £55,000, depending on your specific skills and experience. If your expectations are a little different, have a chat with us!
