Job Description
Growth mindset & Business Acumen
· Strengthen Operational delivery to maximize the productivity of Ground Agents
· Collaborate with Regional teams to Upsell & Cross the Entire Fintech Ecosystem to the merchants
· Derive new initiatives through the existing customer base / new untapped market to bring new sales.
· Leverage all the vectors & Cohorts to Achieve the AOP targets
· Manage Product mix as agreed from time to time.
· Track competition on products, structure, and initiatives
· Compliance – To ensure and function & Deliveries are as per the SOP
Candidate Requirement
Candidate should have a minimum 5 Years of Experience in the Fintech Industry
Must have worked in Sales
Should be Proficient in Data handling & Data Presentation
