We are looking for a CRO Manager to help build and optimize web funnels that attract users and boost activation rates. In this role, you will collaborate with analytics, development, and product teams to make a real impact on key user journeys. In this role, you will
- Analyze websites and landing pages to identify conversion bottlenecks and areas for improvement
- Create and optimize landing pages to support product and acquisition goals
- Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests to improve user experiences and conversion rates
- Use web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) to track user behavior, identify trends, and generate data-driven ideas
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user research to uncover insights and understand audience needs
- Collaborate with user acquisition specialists to ensure technical and marketing alignment for optimal conversions
It’s all about you
- Solid knowledge of CRO methodologies, frameworks, and best practices
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles to enhance user experience and drive conversions
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO) and interpreting statistical results
- Analytical mindset with the ability to draw actionable insights from data
- Familiarity with tools like Hotjar or Crazy Egg to analyze user behavior
- Knowledge of acquisition channels and their influence on landing page performance
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Airtable)
- English level: B2 or higher, both written and spoken
