Captain Lewis Residence Assistance Living Facility, a division of Brown House Properties, is seeking CRMA’s to join their growing team! 

As a CRMA you will be making a difference in the lives of our residents and their families by ensuring their well-being and will be a valued member of the Captain Lewis team. 

CRMA opportunities are 12 hour shifts, 3 days per week plus every other weekend rotation. 
Day shift 7:00 am – 7:00 pm 
Evening Shift 7:00 pm – 7:00 am 

Requirements of the CRMA:

  • Valid 40 hour state certification as a CRMA 
  • Ability to move and assist residents 
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills 
  • Dedication to upholding high standards of resident care 
  • Compassionate and empathetic nature 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Responsibilities of the CRMA:

  • Administer medications to residents as prescribed for them by their licensed care providers. 
  • Help residents with personal care activities like bathing, dressing, and grooming. 
  • Provide physician notification of significant changes in resident status as directed by nurse when available or as needed. 

Captain Lewis Residence is a 34-bed residential care facility for the elderly overlooking the Kennebec River in Farmingdale, Maine. Our family-owned community occupies a handsome, expanded and renovated sea captain's home. Staff provide highly personalized quality care, medication administration, senior activities and locked memory care unit.
