CRM System Administrator 
 
We are looking for someone with a strong willingness to understand the HubSpot platform but also other applications and a desire to keep learning. Part of a global Sales Operations Team 
the CRM System Administrator should be comfortable liaising with users and enjoy learning new business processes to translate them into technical solutions. 
 
 
 
Responsibilities: 
  • All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, permissions, and groups 
  • Plan and execute regular platform audits 
  • Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders 
  • Set up and manage user support tickets system 
  • Configure/customise platform based on business needs 
  • Create and maintain data hygiene dashboard 
  • Data reporting as required 
  • Provide regular user training and create training documentation. 
  • Monitor user adoption 
  • Stay updated with the latest HubSpot features and best practices, implementing enhancements to maximize the platform's value to the organization  
  • Collaborate with IT and external vendors to integrate HubSpot with other systems and applications as needed 
  • Gathering requirements and proposing technical solutions to fit business needs 
Required Skills: 
  • Self-training ability  
  • A proactive attitude to platform enhancements 
  • A desire to implement best practice solutions  
  • Available and responsive to questions 
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels 
  • Coding skills (HTML, CSS, Javascript). 
  • API coding knowledge (RESTful) 
  • Version control system knowledge (Git) 
  • HubSpot certification/badge (any) is a plus
