CRM System Administrator
We are looking for someone with a strong willingness to understand the HubSpot platform but also other applications and a desire to keep learning. Part of a global Sales Operations Team
the CRM System Administrator should be comfortable liaising with users and enjoy learning new business processes to translate them into technical solutions.
Responsibilities:

All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, permissions, and groups

Plan and execute regular platform audits

Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders

Set up and manage user support tickets system
-
Configure/customise platform based on business needs
-
Create and maintain data hygiene dashboard

Data reporting as required
-
Provide regular user training and create training documentation.

Monitor user adoption
-
Stay updated with the latest HubSpot features and best practices, implementing enhancements to maximize the platform's value to the organization

Collaborate with IT and external vendors to integrate HubSpot with other systems and applications as needed

Gathering requirements and proposing technical solutions to fit business needs

Coding skills (HTML, CSS, Javascript).

HubSpot certification/badge (any) is a plus
