Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic CRM Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on managing, optimizing, and integrating our CRM system to drive business growth, enhance customer experiences, and support cross-functional initiatives. The CRM Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the platform's efficiency, scalability, and alignment with overall business objectives.
The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of CRM strategies and marketing automation best practices, with the ability to align technology platforms to enhance customer engagement, support targeted marketing efforts, and drive revenue growth.
Position Overview:
- Manage, optimize, and scale the CRM system to support business growth and system integration.
- Oversee data migration processes, ensuring accurate transfer from legacy systems to the CRM platform.
- Develop and implement workflow automation to streamline processes across teams.
- Integrate the CRM with other platforms (e.g., marketing automation, e-commerce, other martech stack tech) for seamless functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure CRM alignment with business objectives.
- Support project management system workflows (e.g., Wrike) to enhance team productivity.
- Maintain data quality and integrity to ensure reliable system performance.
What you’ll do as the CRM Specialist:
- Manage and optimize the CRM platform to ensure scalability and efficiency.
- Facilitate data migration and integration of the CRM with other tools and platforms.
- Develop automated workflows to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, sales, IT, and customer service teams to align CRM processes with company goals and systems.
- Assist in building and enabling project management and tracking workflows within project management systems.
- Ensure data accuracy, quality, and system reliability through proactive maintenance and audits.
- Generate reports and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making and business growth.
What you will bring to the team:
- 2-5 years of experience in CRM management, customer data analysis, or a related field.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc) and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting insights and collaborating across teams.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data integrity.
- Experience with workflow automation and integrating multiple platforms.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices (preferred).
- Advanced skills in report building and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI (preferred).
