As a CRM Specialist, you will developing and executing customer relationship management strategies to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and data to optimize and personalize customer communications across various channels. Requirements
- Proven work experience as a CRM Specialist or similar role
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle management
- Proficient in CRM and email marketing platforms
- Experience in data analysis and comfortable working with large datasets
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies and tactics
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in finance or fintech industry is a plus
