What you’ll do
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CRM Manager to join our Growth Team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in CRM management and will be responsible for supercharging our acquisition and upsell efforts through email and in-product placements. This role requires close coordination with our Global team, which is in charge of implementing the campaigns, as well as our Content Studio team.
- Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and optimize CRM (emails, SMS & in-product) campaigns to drive acquisition and upsell of healthcare professionals, across all specialties.
- Segmentation: Develop and manage customer segmentation strategies to ensure targeted and personalized communication.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to optimize email and in-product messaging for better performance.
- Coordination: Work closely with the Global team to ensure the successful implementation of campaigns and with the Content Studio team to ensure messaging is consistent and compelling.
- Analytics: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in CRM management, with proven track record on growth, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills: Strong understanding of email marketing, in-product messaging, and customer segmentation.
- Tools: Good knowledge of CRM tools and marketing automation platforms. (Braze & Salesforce are a plus)
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Global and Content teams.
- Language: Fluency in French and English.
