What this role is about: CRM Operations Manager (Product Marketing)
The CRM operations manager is an integral part of our Product Marketing team. Our aspiration is to be one of the fastest growing and most useful fin-tech brands in the space and you will play a pivotal role in bringing this to life!
The Marketing team is an energetic team of brand and growth strategists, product marketing managers, content managers and copywriters. Your teammates come from creative agencies, news publications, tech and e-commerce companies.

What you will be doing:
- Managing all 1:1 channels independently, with a high degree of ownership, structure and execution
- The channels you will manager include, but are not restricted to:
- Notifications
- SMS
- Email
- WhatsApp
- In-App banners
- In-App notifications
- You will participate and contribute in strategic discussions on retention and engagement
- You will participate in designing experiments, and have ownership over running these independently
- You will own the analytics charted for 1:1 communications, and identify opportunities in weekly team meetings where you present the data
- Working with the Product Marketing Managers to develop calendars for communication across features and user segments
- Setting up and managing triggered and journey based communication across 1:1 channels
- Improving the ops process through automation and templatisation
You should apply if:
- You should have 2-3 Yrs of experience.
- You have a strong execution focus and bias towards getting things done
- You are structured and planned in your work
- You can work independently and deliver without any follow-ups
- You have experience managing CRM channels
- You’ve worked on tools like Moengage, Clevertap or similar
- You are data-driven and have a proven record of driving growth
- You write good English, and can proof check
- You’re a do-er - A self-starter who is able to iterate quickly and work well with a team. With excellent organizational and time management skills.
