This is what makes us better at what we do. To accommodate our different needs and commitments, we offer flexible working to all. Our individual impact and output is what counts most.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic CRM Marketing Specialist to lead the development and execution of our multi-channel communication strategy. This role will be pivotal in driving customer conversion, retention, and overall lifetime value through targeted, data-driven campaigns. Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to shaping the broader customer engagement strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic planning, execution, and optimisation of multi-channel CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messages, and other emerging channels to drive customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value. Ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals and tailored to various customer segments.
  • Use customer data and analytics to create targeted campaigns, measuring and improving performance based on KPIs such as engagement, retention, and lifetime value.

  • Collaborate with Product, Investment Advisory, Content, and Data teams to identify new opportunities to deepen customer relationships and drive growth through CRM initiatives.
  • Take ownership of the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, from ideation and implementation to testing, execution, post-campaign analysis, and reporting. Leverage data insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Continuously optimise campaigns through A/B testing and performance analysis to drive engagement, deliver results, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the CRM expert, advising the business on best practices, new trends, and technological advancements that can enhance customer communication efforts.
  • Develop and maintain the CRM roadmap, working closely with senior leadership to align CRM initiatives with overall business objectives and KPIs.
  • Champion a data-driven approach, utilising marketing analytics tools to measure and report on campaign performance, customer behaviour, and overall CRM effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) and implement best practices in data management and usage.

Requirements

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience in CRM systems and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), with a track record of delivering results.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives and multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to base engagement strategy on solid numbers and insights.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to manage campaigns from concept to execution while ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, targeting, and personalisation techniques.
