DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for enhancing company’s lifecycle marketing programs in the quest to make the customer experience best in class within the marketplace. Oversee the catalog and email teams, make sure that tasks and projects are delivered on time and accurately, and help develop and nurture their career path at company. Assist in the development and management of our catalog and email calendars across a portfolio of brands, and help analyze catalog and email results, identify weaknesses, and help develop solutions on how to optimize campaigns going forward. Collaborate on cross-functional projects and present learnings to brand leads and various cross functional team members. Management of a team including (but not limited to): reporting on status of different team member deliverables and KPIs, hosting team meetings; conducting 1:1s with direct reports. Lead CRM team members in planning, managing, and executing catalog, direct mail, and email marketing campaigns. Light email development and troubleshooting. Create email segmentations, schedule email sends, and calendar campaigns. Coordinate with brand and channel leads to align on goals, campaign strategy, messaging, and timing. Reports on email results when needed for Brand leads and for business reviews. Manage agency relationships. Guide CRM and cross-functional team members in completing various roadmap projects. Develops functional marketing budgets and understands how role and function tie to financial goals of company. Stay on top of industry trends, best practices, technologies, and competitive landscape to share with various team members. Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

 

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or Advertising.

 

  • Minimum Experience: 3 years’ relevant digital marketing experience with managing a team, marketing, eCommerce and experience in interpretating data with tools such as Google Analytics, Excel and Power BI.

 

  • Alternative Requirement: 5 years' relevant digital marketing experience with managing a team, marketing, eCommerce and experience in interpretating data with tools such as Google Analytics, Excel and Power BI.
