We are recruiting a 
CRM Manager to drive GP acquisition and engagement to support our exciting growth. This role will optimize automated processes using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud to create personalized, data-driven journeys that strengthen GP relationships.


The Role

  • Create Impactful Journeys: Design data-driven campaigns that enhance GP engagement at every stage.

  • Data-Driven Storytelling: Leverage multiple data sources to craft highly personalised messaging strategies.

  • Collaborate for Innovation: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Growth teams to continuously elevate our CRM capabilities.

  • Measure What Matters: Build and maintain dashboards that illuminate success and highlight opportunities for optimisation.

  • Stay Ahead: Champion the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud updates, tools, and best practices to keep us on the cutting edge.
