What success looks like in your first 6 months
- Improve email engagement: Develop 3 innovative campaign ideas that generate 2x the average broadcast campaign CTR
- Introduce knowledge shares with the Creative team: Conduct insightful monthly broadcast send deep dives (including results, relevant competitor reviews & channel trends)
- Grow channel revenue: collaborate with CRM Managers & creative teams to formulate the Q2/3 send plan, driving a 35% increase in email revenue
What you bring to the team
- experience in a marketing role, specialising in CRM
- Solid experience using an ESP/CRM system to create and send B2C email campaigns
- Good understanding of HTML & CSS
- Comfortable with analysing data and problem solving
- Strong team player, great at collaborating with other teams
Your responsibilities
- Brainstorm new ideas for email and push campaigns and A/B tests with the Marketing & Creative Teams
- Ensure CRM campaigns are clearly briefed to the Creative Team
- End to end campaign execution; build, test & send email marketing campaigns in Bloomreach
- Identify and build customer segments
- Analyse data from our CRM and analytics platforms, and reporting back on results
- Support CRM Managers with building & optimising triggered & offline campaigns
