Let’s start with the role:

As a CRM Executive, you will play an important role in developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention and satisfaction. You will also collaborate closely with other teams such as marketing, content, operations, trading and casino, both domestic and abroad. Additionally, you will leverage your expertise to drive customer loyalty and maximize the lifetime value of our customers.

As a CRM Executive you will:
  • Develop and execute strategies for customer conversion, retention, and reactivation through effective CRM campaigns.
  • Analyze customer segments, life cycles, and user experiences to enhance engagement 
  • Evaluate running campaigns in order to improve efficiency and ROI.
  • Working as part of the CRM team in Lisbon you will support planning, execution and optimisation of all Sportsbook and Casino CRM activities.
  • Use the technology and data available to cooperate in improving the conversion, retention and reactivation strategy.
  • Use data to monitor KPIs and identify any deviations.
  • Improve the customer experience by monitoring and optimizing segmented CRM campaigns. 
  • Plan, track and coordinate all the CRM plans using JIRA software;
  • Keep track of promotional content on site, such as banners and promotion pages.

 

What you’ll bring:

 

  • Good understanding of CRM campaign planning and strategic approach to KPIs improvement.
  • Great organization, planning and prioritization skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Customer-oriented mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficient knowledge of Excel. 
  • Competitor analysis to understand where they differ and the added value of their promotions or product features.
  • Knowledge and awareness of regulatory limitations in the Portuguese market.
