Provide comprehensive technical support and administration for our CRM system, including user account management, workflow customisation and configuration management
Proactively identify optimization opportunities and implement new features to enhance system efficiency and user experience
Collaborate closely with various departments to understand requirements and implement technical solutions
Design and conduct training programs to support employees in effectively utilizing the CRM system
Implement robust data quality monitoring processes and execute measures to maintain data integrity
Stay up to date on the latest CRM technologies and industry trends, providing recommendations for system improvements.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven track record of 3+ years in implementing and managing CRM systems
Extensive experience in complex Salesforce administration, including proficiency with Marketing Cloud
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced Agile environment
Meticulous attention to detail and aptitude for quickly adapting to new business requirements and technologies
Exceptional level of diligence and reliability in executing tasks and meeting deadlines
Strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues across various departments and technical expertise levels.
