We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Specialist in Business Resilience (Crisis Management) to join our growing team.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in advising our clients on building a more resilient and
sustainable organizations. In fact, you will play a vital role in helping our clients prepare for, respond to, and recover from disruptive events.
Responsibilites :
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities that could disrupt business operations.
- Perform Business Impact Analysis (BIA) to determine the potential impact of disruptions on critical business functions.
- Analyze and evaluate existing crisis management plans and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement comprehensive crisis management plans, including communication protocols, incident response procedures, and recovery strategies.
- Conduct training, workshops and information sessions to ensure that the client’s staff are prepared for service disruptions and can resume operations as quickly as possible, in accordance with the business continuity plans, emergency response plans, crisis management plans and technology recovery plans.
- Coordinate crisis simulations and exercises to test and improve organizational preparedness.
- Provide support and guidance to clients during crisis situations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Master degree in Business Continuity, Emergency Management, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant experience (2 – 5 years) as a Business Resilience (Crisis Management) Specialist or similar role by developing and implementing crisis management plans.
- Knowledge of crisis communication strategies.
- Experience in conducting training sessions and simulations.
- Strong understanding of risk mitigation and emergency response.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
- Detail oriented, client focused, with a pragmatic approach.
- Relevant certifications in crisis management (such as ISO 22361) or business continuity management would be a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
This role necessitate mobility flexibility, allowing individuals to work interchangeably between Tunis and Saudi Arabia.
